Lover's Lane and Halloween Lane guarantees you will be satisfied with every product you receive, so long as the item you wish to return is NOT USED and IS IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING, YOU MAY RETURN FOR ANY REASON. Please use the return label on your packing slip and mail back within 10 days of receipt for your choice of replacement, credit or refund.

Most all Halloween costumes arrive July and August. If the website indicates a costume is out of stock or back ordered, you may still order that costume. By ordering a costume when it is out of stock or on back order, you are assured that Lover's Lane will ship your costume in the order it was received when the inventory arrives.

Halloween Costumes are non-refundable or exchangeable after Wednesday, October 14, 2009. Returns of costumes that smell of smoke, body odor, or are without the original packaging will not be accepted at any time and will be returned to the purchaser.

PLEASE NOTE: In accordance with Federal Health Codes, all intimate apparel, novelties, adult toys, and marital aids are not returnable. The only exceptions are manufacturer's defects.
