Total shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight

and overall size of the package. A package can contain more than

one item. An order can contain more than one package. There is a

minimum fee of $8.00 per shipment. For any shipment that is

refused, you will automatically be charged $25.00.

If an item is on backorder, you will not be billed for it, or

shipping, until the product is shipped to you.

Shipments are subject to stock availability.

Next Day or Second Day shipments are not guaranteed.

We can not and will not be responsible for late shipments.

RESTOCKING POLICY

Cancellation of an order: A restocking fee will be charged based

on the progress of the order. Minimum restocking fee 10% of the

order.

BACKORDERS

Because our store has a lot of different items and due to the

popularity of some products, we may not always have an item in

stock.

A lot of our items are made outside the U.S. therefore we have a longer

lead time if an item is out of stock. It can be as little as a few

days or as long as 8 or more weeks. If you place an order, we will

always try to include the estimated shipping date. These dates are

subject to change.

You will not be billed until the product is available. You may

cancel a backorder at any time prior to shipping by simply sending

us an e-mail with your cancellation of the item.

TAX

The Costume and Playwear Center is located in the State of South Carolina

and is obligated to withhold 5% State Sales Tax because all orders are

processed through a physical store located within the state.

DISCLAIMER

Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed

or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular

purpose. This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms

of the manufacturer’s warranty if any. Title to goods herein being

purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for by

the purchaser and at that time title passes to purchaser. If goods

herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export,

purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government certain export

documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition,

manufacturers’ warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void.

Some of our costuming products and masks may be illegal in some countries.

 It is the purchaser's responsibility to ascertain the legality of the product before shipping to another country.
