Before returning any item, you
must contact us via email,
within 48 hours of receipt and obtaina Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This is a no exception policy.
No returns, of any type, will be accepted without a RMA number.
The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the
product authorized for return. All items must be returned in the original undamaged package.
Damaged packaging or products will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Shipping charges are to be paid by the person returning the merchandise.
In order to receive full credit, your purchase must be returned
with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition,
in original packaging. All items being returned must be received in our
warehouse within 10 business days (two calendar weeks) after you
received your RMA number and return instructions.
Any discrepancies could result in a delay or complete forfeiture
of your credit.
We inspect every item that is breakable before we pack it.
Items that are damaged after you received it shall not be returned
and can not be refunded or exchanged. Returned items without a RMA # will
not be sent back
.Packages damaged by the USPS is not the responsibility of
THE COSTUME AND PLAYWEAR CENTER.
should you receive a damaged carton you must inform the
postal service immediately. Inform us (The
Costume and Playwear Center)
